Email ITSupport@garnet.ca to open a ticket. Include a screenshot if you can (Snipping Tool or Lightshot).

No screenshot? A cell phone photo works too — attach it to the ticket.

You’ll get an email reply once it’s picked up. We may use Remote Management (RMM) to view your screen.

Remote Desktop issue? Staff may join your session, or ask you to sign out (like a reboot).

Urgent? Call the ticket phone number and reference your ticket number.

Need Gordon directly? Call his direct or cell number.

Tickets are usually handled within an hour. Outside 8am–4pm, email, text, or call Gordon directly — authorized customers only.
